Crème Brûlée

I made some Crème Brûlée the other day, you cannot imagine how easy that was:

1 cup of cream, 4 egg yolks, 1/4 cup sugar, mix, in oven for 45 mins, fridge for 5 hours, sprinkle sugar, burn it with torch and voila

Here’s a better recipe, but don’t get too technical, it should be easy 🙂
